Some great paintings from a surprising source

I've recently been getting into Country music and Americana. If you go down that route you probably have to take a least small amount of time to listen to the work of John 'Cougar' Mellencamp.

His hits in the 80's really did nothing for me but there really is some great stuff to be found in his body of work and the small selection of tracks on his MySpace page are brilliant.
